    I had an order of laminate flooring delivered last week ( not by Forward Air). It ended up being short shipped by the manufacturer. The missing pieces were sent from a warehouse in Florida on Thursday via forward air. Because of the short ship, we were not able to finish the job before the weekend. There was some concern that I would not receive the order was some Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. I tracked my shipment on the Forward air website. It gave me up-to-the-minute information all weekend. Early Monday it showed that it had arrived at the destination terminal. I was so desperate for the product and to get the job finished I called their location in Middleburg Heights, Ohio at 6:45 AM to see if I could pick it up myself so I could get my workers on the job and finished. Mike and Paulette in the dispatch office in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, were outstanding to work with. Paulette called me back, understanding My urgency, and said it would be on a truck out for Delivery on Monday morning. They committed to 10 AM. The truck showed up at 8:15 AM. Goods delivered and job complete by noon. I spent 25 years working for one of the big three logistics companies (I won’t name the color) And I know Hard it is for Those large companies to do anything as an exception to the system. Mike and Paulette were super responsive to my needs and provided a quick solution to solve a problem that would’ve cost me more money. I’m Sure forward air has some sort of combination for exceptional customer service. I can tell you on equivocally That Mike and Paulette are most deserving of this kind of award. Thanks again for Your exceptional customer service

    Easy in and out, but they make you stand beside your dock door inside while they load. Make sure you have the MAWB number for pickup.

    Horrible and disrespectful delivery people. They deliver for Home Depot. Showed up with my refrigerator, then refused to wait to get the water disconnected. Left the new refrigerator unassembled and uninstalled AND the old refrigerator in my dining room. We had everything disconnected within 10 minutes while the delivery guys were there , and they just left, and left us with a mess. When I called the company they say the will reschedule for 4 days from now. What a terrible company.

    This company delivers Home Depot products and provides very poor service. The customer service department makes promises and doesn't make notes in the system. Their driver damaged my dryer and didn't properly install my dryer vent. The supervisors are not customer friendly. They focus on proving a point instead of addressing the problem and correcting the issue.
