If I could give this 0 stars I would. Months ago they attempted to deliver an engine to my business that had been severely damaged or I should say dropped to the point where it cracked the block and oil pan. Engine cost was 1300.00. I was told to fill out a loss claim. Months later I get an email of them trying to compensate me 337.00. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else. Biggest scam artists ever!

If I could give a zero, I would. Horrid. DO NOT USE! Never picked up my delivery. But delivered a different package that was not mine. No communication on when it was to be picked up and redelivered. It just came a week later. I paid for 2 day delivery. I made notes not to stack on top of this item. They did. My wood crate was on a pallet. It's sides were blown out to where I couldn't pull it out of the truck with my forklift. I had to remove the sides. I could see my 20k equipment it was so bad. Of course, Forward Air saran wrapped it all together, called it good and never called to let me know. You are on hold for over a half hour to talk to anyone and then they blow you off and refuse to help. I'm supposed to have an email that contains the pictures of the damage and they refuse to send them to me. This company is the WORST!

Tuesday night 8:40PM, we dropped a load, and we were suppose to take an empty trailer. But the fat asain looking guy with the small ponytail his was rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe guy with such poor attitude represent big company as forward air. Lazy even refused to speak with our dispatcher. I suppose if you are not happy doing your job you should just quit and not give others a hard time doing their jobs

We booked them to come out for a pickup, giving them a 4+ hour window, they never showed up, and when you call it just rings, and rings. When I called back and pressed the # for dispatch, it said that person's voicemail was full! We now will disappoint a customer who needed a shipment out today, for a delivery to Seattle area tomorrow. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Sometimes we test these "cheaper" carriers just to keep the good LTL companies honest. Learned our lesson on these folks!

As a Broker I do not recommend shipping from this terminal. I've called several times for 2 days now and someone will pick up the phone and not say anything. I just find this to be very bad service.
