The warehouse staff are slow and incompetent, with extremely low efficiency. Drivers have to stand at the dock and watch them unload—it's absurd.

Security at this place is rude. She knows who she is. I work here and she wouldn’t even lift her face out of her cell phone, she just waived us in? I proceeded to get out of my truck to walk around to ask her if anyone turned in a flashlight and some hand tools but I didn’t even get one word out and she cut me off saying she just got there and she didn’t know anything??? Really? Good luck Forward getting your loads documented correctly. Wow! So rude 15:23 on 5/19/24

The security guard is very rude and lazy she wouldn't even stop playing with her phone to answer a question about where to park. She should be fired then she got lots of time to play on her phone.

I wanted to give this place 3 stars but forcing drivers to stand by their docks especially in negative degree weather is actual torture. They should just have the driver put down their number and call them when their load is finished
