I read how good the reviews were posted on foreflight and decided to stop here for fuel. The experience didnt disappoint. The manager, Steven, was very friendly and professional and the fuel prices are the best in the area. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a Jetcard with FlyExclusive for the past 2 years. Time and time again they mess up simple logistics. Today I arrived at the airport on time, to find out they booked it on the wrong day. I switched to FlexJet 8 months ago, already flew a dozen times more than I had with FlyExclusive and not one issue. And I can’t even get the money I have in my FlyExclusive account out - after all the issues I’ve had with them. This company is terrible, stay far away.

Don't recommend flyExclusive. This firm is in extreme financial distress and IMHO that may impact their flight safety decisions. All of the feedback I've received on them is negative and my aviation legal counsel does not recommend anyone fly them.

Worst experience ever ! The guy claiming to be the senior sales director (Brentton) treats workers and staff like they are dirt under his shoes. And is not shy to tell everyone and anyone they are beneath him and he’s too important to Interact with them or respond to their emails. Power hungry super A hole 🕳️ stay far away from these kind of companies that treat others disrespectfully.

Scheduled trip to St Thomas for 16 people. First - twice, not once, staff had the manifest at 8 people. Then as the trip got closer I was told "due to the size of my group" they changed planes, and departure times. Size of group was the same from day one! Finally offloaded the trip to another charter carrier who showed up at 3pm for a 8am departure and announced we could leave but with NO LUGGAGE and we were landing in San Juan not St Thomas. We finally landed in San Juan, FlyExclusive literally did nothing to arrange ground transport, hotel, nothing. Much less give two craps on how we were getting to St Thomas. We lost 2 days of our trip, arranged our own flight (two of them) from San Juan to St Thomas and to this day - have not heard a word from Fly regarding compensation or refund.
