BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS 😤!!! If only I could give 0 stars. During the Air Canada strike in August, we called AC for any of our flight updates and thought we were on the phone with a true AC agent but instead we got these low life imbeciles. The person posed as “Quinn Harper” with an Indian accent and a busy call centre in the background. She told us that our flights were never confirmed and demanded that we pay 2k immediately or we’d lose our seats. They also asked for pictures of our passports via email which NO company will ever ask you do. They take advantage of vulnerable people as our flights were for a surprise engagement that we couldn’t miss so we took their bate. When you call their number the phone doesn’t even ring and their emails have mismatched fonts which is a 🚩for phishing/scam tactics. DON’T FALL FOR IT! I REBUKE this company!

I almost fell for their scam and gave them my card details over the phone. Luckily enough I was able to catch on to the scam before they were able to charge my card. I talked to a Jason on the phone and he had me almost convinced that he was a representative of Iberia. Anyhow please don’t fall for this and hopefully this reaches a big audience so that this can help save a bunch of peoples time and hard earned money.

Scam artist they miss represent themselves as agents for legitimate Airlines when you call a number they act like they are the representatives for the airline company then lie to you about your booking status so to rebook you a add extremely high service fees to your ticket. Beware at all costs if something doesn’t feel right hang up the phone. I’m elderly and disabled and they screwed me otta $500. In service fees

This company is scam. I was cancel their service after I called them around 7 hours. They said for refund but it will be three billing cycles. They didn't say clearly when they will refund. I have the same question in my ticket. The guy says to need to pay $400 then another one say no problem. You can change it airplane if it has issue. Never use this service because they take your money. Then they play the game and go around to refund your money.

I called thinking I'm calling Avianca airlines which they confirmed, then told me my flights wasn't secured and I needed to pay 800.00 and I was upset then I told them I will call tomorrow and was told I needed to act fast before all the seats were taken and they can give me a discount for 400.00 which I fell for and the charges wasn't to the airline and that's when I knew they got me....😡😡😡😡😡
