A very pathetic and disappointing experience, would never recommend using Flights Mojo for flights booking again. Flight rates might appear cheaper , but booking through a reliable source/known platform would be highly my thing next time. I booked my Flights 10 days prior with flight mojo just because flight tickets were few bucks cheaper, but to the utmost dismay my flight scheduled for 10.20 AM got cancelled , and no intimation was provided to me by this so called Mojo. It was only when I checked the Airlines status, I got to know. I called them to re schedule the flight , but they did not even had the update regarding cancellation. The executive sought some time to come back with the proper updates, but none called from thier side. When I called them in the evening ,I was informed that my PNR was not cancelled and the flight was already re directed from other airport and had already flown at 6 pm. Again no information regarding this was provided. I missed my flight only because of thier lack of coordination with the Airlines. When I checked with the Airlines , it was duly informed to me that all the updates regarding cancellation and redirection of thier flights were shared with Mojo. On the top of it they refused to identify thier mistake and cancelled my refund request. Thereafter they gave a false information that the refund has been declined by the Airlines. Upon checking with the Airlines , got to know that no case for refund against my PNR has been raised by anyone. Atlast had to request the Airlines to raise a refund request. Such a stupid platform without any accountability. Never ever use such platforms. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED

Worst site ever!!!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I booked a flight through your platform, and the amount was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not confirmed. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time just to connect with your support team, I was told I’ll get a refund in 5–7 working days. I’m well aware this is a standard bank policy but that’s not the point here. If your website is showing that I can book a ticket, you must ensure the booking is actually completed. I shouldn’t have to bear the consequences of your system failure. Now, I’m stuck without a confirmed ticket and without my money, unable to rebook because the funds are blocked. By the time I get the refund, the ticket prices will likely shoot up, which means I’ll end up paying more for no fault of mine. This entire experience has not only caused financial loss but also immense frustration and mental stress. I expect you to take immediate action to process my refund on priority or confirm my ticket at the same fare without any further delay. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable.

Formal Complaint — Booking ID 1496859 | Misrepresentation and Unfair Cancellation Hello Mr. Harsh Khemani, Dear FlightMojo Management, This email serves as a formal complaint regarding my booking ID 1496859. At 10:45 AM, your representative assured me that my ticket would be rebooked despite a ₹300 fare difference. However, I later received a cancellation and refund message, which is both misleading and unethical. This issue is not about ₹300 — it is about honesty and service integrity. Your website continued to display the same fare of ₹5,601 at the exact time of the call, which I have documented with screenshots and call recordings. Such actions amount to misrepresentation under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and breach of fair service standards expected from licensed travel agencies. I therefore demand immediate corrective action within 48 hours by either: Rebooking my ticket at the originally displayed fare (₹5,601), & a written apology. Failing resolution, I will escalate the matter to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, DGCA, and National Consumer Helpline with full evidence. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and the action being taken. I am sharing the call recording and screenshots. Thank you

Worst Experience with Flight Mojo – Total Scam and Fraud!!!! I had the worst experience with Flight Mojo. I booked a refundable flight, but due to a serious personal reason, I had to cancel it. When I tried, there was no cancellation option available on their website, so I contacted their customer service. To my shock, they said my ticket wasn’t refundable and even asked me to prove that I had booked a refundable one! Seriously? The booking details should already be in their system. how can they ask the passenger to provide proof? Then they told me that my ticket was part of a group fare, meaning they had combined my booking with 10–15 other passengers under the same PNR. Because of this, they claimed they couldn’t make any changes or process a refund. But when I booked, it was clearly an individual booking, and nowhere was I informed that it would be treated as a group fare. During booking, it was mentioned that a small agency fee would be deducted and the rest of the amount would be refunded if I canceled — but they completely denied it later. I spoke to several customer service agents- Akash Mehta, Monika Kandaria, Riya and few more and had to repeat my issue multiple times. Each of them promised a callback from a senior within 30 minutes, but no one ever called back, and I kept following up the entire day without any clarity or solution. Flight Mojo is a complete scam. They are misleading customers and looting passengers under the name of “cheap flight deals.” Please avoid booking through this website — it’s unprofessional, misleading, and unreliable. Somehow I keep on contacting them in this hope, I contacted airline multiple times as well but they clearing mentioned they couldn’t help you have to contact and them from where you made booking. It’s extremely disappointing, When it comes to taking money, everything happens smoothly, but the moment you ask for a refund or cancellation, they start making excuses and showing their true colors. It’s unbelievable how they can take customers’ money and then simply say, “It’s not our responsibility.” The whole system feels like a scam. no one follows their own policies, and passengers are left completely helpless. They promise refundable tickets, smooth assistance, and fair policies, but in reality, it’s the opposite.
