If I could give the flight network a negative 1000, I would. I booked the flexi flights from Sydney to Coolangatta Qld, for my anniversary weekend as well as an opportunity to see the v8 supercars 500. Upon committing to purchase the flights i was directed to the seat selection process. This prompted me to pay an additional $40 per person, per leg. I had no problem paying this as i prefer a window seat. Within the hour, we found out our cousin had passed away so we needed to postpone our getaway. Luckily I had payed extra for the flexi flights, supposedly these are flights that can be changed the departure times and dates, as long as the travellers are the same. Upon contacting the flight network i was told that any changes would incur additional fees. $120 for me to postpone the flights to the following week. So from a $255 per person flight to the Gold cost, it cost me $500 per person. The flight network caught me out once, it will never happen again and I will make sure everyone i speak to, understands my experiences with this company

This is fake website, looted me for 40k. I booked 2 ticket for Vietnam’s. My sister got sick and I had to postpone the trip for a day. I spoke to them they said u have to submit medical proof and I did that. I asked to reschedule or provide refund or even partial refund they agreed. After that no response on emails or customer support. They vanished with my money worth 40k. I lost that money. See proof

MY mistake- thought I was booking directly with the airline (which when done was $500 cheaper). Flight Network charges for EVERYTHING including a seat which should be free. I immediately realized my stupid mistake and called for a refund. I was told it would be forthcoming less $40. Fine. Still waiting after 3 weeks. I have taken it up with the credit card company. AVOID THEM and book directly with the airline.

Flight network is a scam - wouldn’t give it 1 star, avoid avoid avoid!!! First they tack on random £12 additional cost before I am able to enter payment details (literally raised within 2 minutes which I should have taken as a bad sign initially!) Then the site doesn't allow you to check in online through the airlines you book through, which cost me €48 as wizzair charged me for not being able to check in even though flight network doesn’t allow this on their site!!! Tried to claim refund through flight network and was advised by their customer service I should have taken a screenshot when I wasn’t able to check in Just wanting to warn other customers to never use this site which is a scam!!!

The customer service is the poorest I've seen yet. I was redirected several times only to not get any assistance with canceling my flight due to flight changes out of my control. I am now going to be losing money to these jerks because I don't have any more time to waste going back an forth and getting nowhere. I was on chat with them for over an hour and got NOWHERE. DON'T BOOK WITH FLIGHTNETWORK. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.
