Clean beautifully decorated apartment with fine details and furnishings and all 1st class amenities. Checkin was professional. Each morning I received a text message asking if I need anything. Anything needed was taken care of immediately. Staff was great. Gonzalo was a pleasure to meet and assist with all our requests. Highly recommended. This will be my new home away from home.

The condo was absolutely as described even better in person. Immaculate, cleaning and great prompt service. The photos look exactly like the room and I loved every minute of my stay! Had a wonderful time using the amenities and the pools. The hotel residence lobby was very calm and clean and the service and staff were five star. This will definitely be my go to Miami retreat every time I am in town thank you five star luxury concierge I had an amazing stay!

Our stay at the W Hotel Private Residences in Miami Beach was simply spectacular. We traveled as a family and from the first moment we were delighted. The unit had an impressive view of the sea from its balconies, which made every morning start with an unforgettable postcard. The proximity to the beach was another point to highlight: going down and having the sand just a few steps away was very convenient. The service at all times was first-class - attentive, professional and always willing to make our experience even more comfortable. Without a doubt, it was a nice experience that allowed us to relax and enjoy Miami Beach to the fullest.

The balcony cannot be opened or used. Repair work is being done. The company failed to disclose this. If it's a five star property, I'm a banana.
