Hey I’m Joaquim and I did a discovery flight in First Landings. Overall Experience was excellent, I flew in the Piper 100i with my flight instructor Kyla. Her way of teaching how to fly the aircraft was amazing!!!! We went through all the checklists and if you plan doing First Landings I definitely recommend doing it with Kyla. After touring several flight schools, I chose to join the 141 curriculum at First Landings and acquired my Private Pilot License in 3 months. Their staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and care about the success of their students. My Instructor Casey provided great instruction and we knocked out all benchmarks in short time. Would recommend for those wishing to pursue aviation!

Had a tremendous experience time building in the multi-engine plane. My MEI Taylor M. was incredibly professional and provided a safe and enjoyable flight that allowed me to stay both sharp and get some hours. The plane is well-maintained and the airport close to MCO or Sanford for those traveling in. I will absolutely come back to them and couldn’t recommend a better setup or MEI.

Had an amazing experience with the professional staff of First Landings today as I logged 3 hours of multi engine time and shot 3 instrument approaches with CFII/MEI Casey in the Tecnam. Great time building and such a friendly and professional atmosphere. Thanks to the entire team that made my first visit one to remember. Blue Skies and Tailwinds my new friends!!

100% recommend First Landings for all of your aviation needs. I drove in all the way from North Carolina to fly 21 multi-engine hours to reach my ATP minimums. I was able to finish in 2.5 days. My MEIs, Forrest and Casey, were amazing and I would fly with them any day! I hope to see them flying the line someday soon. The Tecnam aircraft was well-maintained and a joy to fly with the G1000 and autopilot for those long flights. The front desk staff, Ryan and Karie, were courteous and helpful. I have been a student at First Landings for just a little over a year know and just got my private pilot license! The experience at First Landings has been amazing. I would start of by saying my primary instructor (Viktor Kushnir) was amazing to work with. Viktor is an amazing pilot, he is patient and always brought a calm collected attitude to the cockpit, watching him fly and learning from him was a true honor. His immense knowledge of aviation always made me feel that I was safe and in good hands and most importantly that no question was too dumb to ask. Everyone at First Landings has been a pleasure to work with. After a while at First Landings it really does begins to feel like a family, and everyone there is willing to answer any questions you may have. I never felt like Viktor was the only one I could talk to, if I have had any problems or concerns any of the CFI’s were there to lend guidance. Ryan at the first desk has also been great to work with. Always friendly, organized, and always made the process of scheduling painless. I will be continuing my aviation journey at First Landings and look forward it. If your interested in a career in aviation or just want to take a flight for fun, I highly recommend First Landings Aviation!!

I recently finished my PPL at First Landings, and I’m already itching to continue my training with them. Their fleet of Piper Archers is brand new and fully loaded with state of the art avionics, which is fantastic, but the people are the best part. Everyone at the school makes you feel like family from the moment you walk through the doors, and that atmosphere continues throughout and beyond your training. My primary instructor, Nicole, is not only knowledgeable and incredibly capable, but also patient, kind, and inspiring. She is clearly and deeply passionate about giving her students the best experience and training possible, and makes the mountain of information approachable, rather than overwhelming. If you’re interested in learning to fly, run, don’t walk, to First Landings. You won’t regret it.

From the moment I walked in it was obvious First Landings is a class act. Craig was warm and welcoming and answered all of my questions and the discovery flight we took with Ryan was tip top. The planes are immaculate and everyone was a consummate professional. Special shout out to Ryan for his calm demeanor and excellent explanations. I’ll be back for more flying!
