Complete scam. Their number came up as United so you think that is who you called. However, they never say the name of their company. They repeatedly put you on hold to check whatever data you are inquiring about. They are polite and make it seem like they are providing excellent customer service. I thought it was odd they didn't provide flight numbers for confirmation but was in a rush so I just went with it. I gave them my card and hung up, after they told me they would send the flight confirmation shortly. I immediately had a bad feeling and locked my credit card before it could be charged. They have since called, emailed and texted many times to tell me my card didn't go through and to please call them. Do not use!!

SCAM! Had an ad made to show up as the first google search when looking up "air canada". The link led to the real air canada website, but the phone number in the title of the ad led to this company. They did manage to change some flights for my parents, however they charged them 1100+$ whereas it would have been free through actual air canada. A really sinister sneaky scam.

I thought I was speaking to United. I was not. I was told to text passports and credit cards to the agent. I did because I thought I was speaking to United. When I did not get a confirmation, I felt sick. We called to cancel within an hour and were passed around and then the agent who I spoke to changed his name and tried to tell me he was someone different. When we finally got to someone who would cancel, they said it would take up to 72 hours to credit the credit card when it was charged within seconds. I am waiting.....

I thought I was speaking with American Airlines customer service, as that's what John—who had a heavy accent—told me. I was shocked when he asked me to text my passport and credit card information. It felt very scammy. Would avoid

I called American Airlines when we missed our flight, I use the number on the American Airlines app, somehow it got redirected to this first flight company, they guaranteed me that talking to them would be the same as talking to the concierge desk, which I was standing in front of, they asked me for a copy of my boarding pass for the flight that I missed, rebooked me on a different flight and charged me more than I paid for the original flight. They pretended to be American Airlines employees, I have the entire conversation recorded. They misled me into thinking that they were rebooking my ticket. They booked an entirely new ticket and charged me. I went to airport police and an investigator took all the information I canceled my credit card and disputed the charge. I gave them one opportunity to cancel this and they failed warning.

NOPE. Would NOT recommend. Currently trying to help a relative who thought she was purchasing through United.
