In the 18 years I have owned this airplane, I have had maintenance performed by 5 different maintenance facilities. First Flight is definitely the top of the list. Customer engagement and responding to unexpected difficulties is the best. Tiffany found and repaired a problem with my engine monitor that my previous shop said they could not find and even the monitor manufacturer misdiagnosed. Ryan and Duncan made the extra effort to be sure my plane was ready for Oshkosh. First flight is truly first in my reckoning.

What a great bunch of people. I went to this FBO the past 2 weeks and had a truly great experience. The staff has a big smile, the prices are real competitive and they have a really cool old Lexus LS courtesy car. Glenn is running a good show here. It’s hard to find a staff that actually care about your experience but this one certainly does.

First Flight Aviation set me up with a same day appointment for an avionics related issue. Ryan and Rianna resolved my issue within minutes of my arrival. The avionics department are a top notch team...friendly and eager to assist.

I purchased a Saratoga with an all glass cockpit. Learned on the 6 pack. They were great in explaining all the detail of the panel including how things are wired, which allows many features. All while doing my Pitot static checks. Very smart and professional, particularly on Garmin. They earned my business for a long time.
