Kudos to Sheri of First Class Vacations the booking agent for two cruises for the family . She has been very professional knowledgeable and patient answering all the question that we may have . The sales staff, are also very good at making the offers/ packages attractive. however In order to get value for money you have to utilize all the perks offered ...There is added cost for any deviation. so be careful when planing and ask questions....... so you will not be surprised . Overall our . experience has been good with First Class Vacations

Excellent customer service is defined as service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem or question as efficiently as possible. Remembering the names of the individuals who helped you can often be negative in most cases. However in this case, it was 110% positive! Steven was excellent in ensuring all my needs were met in regard to the sales and financing of our cruise. He answered all my questions and has gone beyond all expectations to ensure this vacation comes to fruition. He's patience and knowledge on my wants and needs came first and he did everything in his power to meet my demands and expectations. Alyson, booked our cruise. She was outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. She really helped me understand the full benefits of our cruise package and ensured our trip reservations and planning was perfect! First Class Vacations.....Thank you for the experience of working with true professionals who really try to accommodate and treat their customers as, FIRST CLASS!

I give First Class Vacations kudos for the ease and hassle free experience of planning and booking a cruise. Steve, our original sales agent was very patient and took his time explaining the packages they offer. Alyson and Ivan have been great booking the cruise, offering advice and information. Highly recommend you call them if you want to plan a cruise with ease.

I purchased a vacation package from First Class Vacations and they have been so helpful. I booked my cruise that came with my package as well as got my parents and sister booked on the same cruise because of the knowledge and help of Allison and Ivan at First Class. They provided a First Class experience when it comes to traveling. I will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family. Thanks Again!

Sheri at First Class Vacations has been an awesome booking agent the two times I have booked cruises with her. She has been professional, nice, personable and patient. The other staff, mainly the sales team, are also very good at their job, which translates to being very persistent and making the vacation package sound too good to be true! Got me twice!! The thing to remember is that package deal! It sounds great, but you do have to take advantage of, and use all the perks in order for it to be cost effective. If you are looking to go on a just a cruise and nothing else, then you might be better off booking your cruise some other way, because the "vacation packaged" initial cruise will be more expensive than booking that cruise directly through the cruise lines with the extra fees and such. And there is going to be some extra expense if you want to go in peak season, or make any other deviation. I have seen it twice now. We are finding out that we don't have the time and money to afford to travel to the locations just to take advantage of the extra bonus perks of the package deals, so in the future the I will refrain from buying into them. But if you travel often and have the resources to do so, First Class Vacations package deals might be the right deal for you. This isn't necessarily a negative review, as our experience with First Class Vacations, has been a positive one...other than a few fees that may have surprised us, like others have mentioned, probably because I was so exited about all of the possibilities, I would miss the sales team mention them. It is just a warning to understand what you are getting into.
