Horrible! I was left in China for almost a month because they didn’t check my permanent residence card as it was expired. They made such a simple mistake by not doing their job and so much money was wasted with plane tickets and returning visa which was about an extra $1,500 USD. Now they’re saying they don’t remember the issue and won’t refund me for anything.
