Will not accept my prepaid ground economy package. Which is weird, since this location is stated as accepting all fedex packages on their website. The Employees need better training. This is ridiculous and has caused a delay in the shipment of my package. Just last week they accepted another package from me. A "manager" was called over and denied my package too. They told me I had to go to another ship n pack location on the other side of town.

This shipping center is really nice for overnight shipping. Must bring packages in before 4:30pm for overnight shipping. It’s right next to the airport and easy to get to. The employees are very polite and helpful. Easy to send packages out.

Hard to find only seems to be 1 in Yakima which they don’t tell u they say u need id to ship make u go back to your car to get it when u get it to show to them then they say it’s not needed uuggg very frustrating experience when your in a hurry and it should of been soemthing dropped off and fast was already sealed and labeled to go. UPS is much faster and easier to deal with

One of the drivers took a pair of shoes out of my package on 0ctober 20th 2025 at a location located off tieton drive. You know who you are. This driver needs to be fired and karma will catch up to them eventually. I opened a case and because one of the pairs of shoes were delivered fedex closed the case assuming I received both pairs of shoes. I contacted the shipper about if they delivered both pairs in the same box and they confirmed both pairs were in the box. The box was clearly tampered with and the fact fedex wont do anything shows me they could careless about my stolen shoes.

Fedex said my package would be delivered by 8pm on 10-25-25 after being delayed and not delivered on the day Walmart stated in my order. It's now after 11pm. Been in the delivery van since 9:48am today. We're not that big of a town that it would take this long. So where's my package?!?
