Recently shipped something and it wasn’t scanned in at the drop box. I went up the following day and they searched for the box there. Scanned it for me. Totally could have pushed it off but went out of there way to ease my mind.

Package was supposed to be delivered on 8/30. Driver pulled up to my home and pulled off. Still waiting on Package. Tracking said on truck for delivery but still no package.

It was fast and easy, employees were really helpful.

Was sent a sensitive time order and when being delivered was told multiple times of different delivery times and in the end it was not delivered cause they said it was the wrong address. I have had other things delivered by FedEx and they ALWAYS arrive. You need to update your Google maps and or gps. Otherwise you need customers phone numbers to contact in case of nondelivery......

They keep sending my packages to the wrong house. And to get in contact with customer service is non existent. They send “follow up” emails to attempt to say they did their part, but they never follow through in fixing their mistakes with customers.
