I ordered a product off EBay and it was shipped by FedEx, and you guys delivered my package to the wrong address! The driver failed to look at the address closely, the street name and number was the same but one is on the Trail and the other one is on the Circle! You guys are not responsible at all because a child could have seen that Trl is different from Cir!

Absolute worst freight company to do business with......destroyed one of my shipments.....4 months later still have not paid claim.....forget to pick up shipments etc.....horrible

Had to ship a MAJOR personal item that weighed 30lbs but the overall box was extremely HUGE!. First time using FedEx Freight, shipped from Bossier City, La to Panama City, FL. Got there in 3days. Item is a Papason Chair. Very costly but had to go. The people who assisted me was very pleasant and nice.
