I had really bad experience with faregreek. They should close their company or better improve their services.I booked ticket with them and one day before my flight they called me, said its cancelled and very casually they said you can book your ticket with other airlines , When I asked for refund they said we can't do that but you can you it as your future credit. Same day I spent like $900 more to book my ticket with other airlines. Now I am using my future credit they are again giving me hard time. Please don't buy tickets form them.

BookAirFare was the best price available on such short notice. Furthermore, unfortunate circumstances arose and my ticket that I had not insured had to be cancelled. I called customer service and spoke with Michael Ramsey. He was one of the best customer service people I have spoken to in a long time. Not only was he extremely understanding, he changed my ticket to a refunable ticket to save me an extra $100 on the cancellation fees - AMAZING!

Amazing!! I had a great experience with Airfare. I called in and spoke with Michael Ramsey about my flight and was pleasantly surprised by how patient, nice, and flexible he was with my request. He made what was usually a stressful situation easy and enjoyable. I will defiantly be booking with them again on all my future travels. Thanks again to Michael, he made me day.

The biggest nightmare I have ever dealt with. They make up stories about credit card rejected to get out of honouring an advertised price. I have now had a ticket for months - I travel next week and they will not confirm it. Now they do not reply to emails or answer their "customer service line". The time this has cost me far outweighs the savings on the ticket. It does not even get 1 star. I have no interest in a company you have to argue with to honour their word.

I booked my flight and cancelled within an hour because my girlfriend decided to change her mind in the location. Elsa my representative was very helpful in explaining the process on how the refund work since no actual ticket was issued, and even though there were 3 temporary charges to my credit card instead of 2. She assured me that all charges would be refunded within 3-4 business days. Thus far I was very happy with the customer service, I will have my girlfriend leave another feedback once we receive the full refund. Follow up on (got my full refund back without a problem!)
