We are F45 members in Miami (our home gym is Dadeland) and dropped into F45 Midtown Tallahassee while visiting. The app didn’t let us sign up for a class, so we called, and Courtney answered. She invited us to come in the next day—and to our surprise, she ended up being the instructor for our class. Courtney was as nice as can be, super welcoming, and really made us feel at home. The workout was great, the gym was spotless and well-equipped, and the AC was working perfectly (a lifesaver on a hot summer day in Tally!). All in all, an excellent experience. Courtney made all the difference and allowed us to keep up our F45 workouts even while out of town. Highly recommend this studio!

LOVE!! The instructors are fantastic. They’re so sweet but they will push you HARD and make sure your form is correct. I burn at least 450 calories every class and I have so much fun while working out. 10/10 recommend.
