An absolute bunch of crooks. This company should be closed down, go nowhere near them !!!! I bought and paid for a British Airways flight leaving London for Cape Town in December last year and returning in January. The flight details provided by Ezee Flights was not recognized by British Airways and Ezee Flights were unable to issue the tickets. Although I was promised a full refund and despite endless emails and chasing I have received nothing 4 months later.

Please DO NOT use this site! They were supposed to issue me a refund back in September and they have not ! The agent stated I would get the refund in a few days to my bank account. I have not received it and they are dodging my calls and emails. Customer service/support has not been helping and also dodging me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I am so disappointed in myself for trusting this travel agency. I’ve worked with them before and it was fine until this last time, in May 2022, the flight they booked me through Delta to Cabo was cancelled the night before take off. I had to book a new, one way, flight, last minute to get to my best friends wedding in time. I’ve been waiting 4 months to get my refund from this travel agency and all the do is make excuses. First they told me they filed the refund on my behalf, then they said I had to do it, then they said they have to do it. I told them they are the ones who booked it and Rachael just keeps telling me different things. I mean seriously, I’ve never seen such a thing.. when they were booking my flights, they were diligent, responsive and kind and now that it’s time to reimburse me for something that ISNT EVEN COMING OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET, they suddenly don’t answer or follow up with me and better yet mislead me. This is fraud and conversion. I had to pay $500 for a new one way flight. They don’t care. Looks like they pocketed my refund from delta (it takes 7-20 business days for delta to issue a refund. It’s been over 90 days). Do not use this travel agency.

Shockingly, I was led to Ezee Flights by Google Flights and assumed they were reputable...the reviews are right! They promise cheap fares and then your "payment fails" and they try and solicit you for more money. Google Flights seriously needs to check what kind of places they're sending you to.

Fraud website . Fraud people . they will take money giving cheap rates ..RIP
