We met Rob and Dean on a European cruise. We were very impressed with their travel knowledge. We are experienced travelers who have always self booked. When we took our next trip we decided to see what it was like to use an agent. The process was so much easier than doing myself. Before I had just bought travel protection through the cruise line but Rob found us better coverage at a better price.
