I can't be trusted to handle my own travel plans. Exito Travel--and Karina--have made my life and my planning much easier. Recently, I made TWO goofs in my planning: one day, it was the wrong date, the next day it was the wrong flight--AFTER I had bought the ticket! Karina handled each adjustment smoothly and coolly. I also appreciate the immediate responses from Exito when airlines change their schedules. Very helpful.

We have used exito travel 3 times for overseas adventure trips. Jorge Mora has been our agent the last 2 times. He is very prompt and knowledgeable. On our last trip we had a flight cancelled just as we were ready to board and I was able to contact the exito office in the middle of the night and have them rebook missed connection flights. They salvaged our trip for us.
