The conversation with Siddique before you purchase your ticket will be very pleasant, but if any changes are needed, they will speak very rudely and overcharge you. Siddique was charging me 1000 dollars, but when I went to the airline office it was free. It is not the first time he has addressed me rudely and this is the last time I will be visiting his office. He doesn't seem to respect his customers at all, and it's obvious he doesn't care about them at all
