After having experience with European and US airlines, It made me to realise how far Ethiopian Airlines gone in terms of service. Service will never be absolutely perfect but it can be best in relative terms. I declare Ethiopian Airlines has very good service and better than most of the legacy airlines by all parameters. Young fleets with young and attentive cabin crew.

I have travelled Ethiopia airlines many times from Chicago and Virginia never had any issues everything was excellent service and i will be customer absolutely

I've always had a great experience flying Ethiopian airlines from Chicago. The staff are fast, efficient, and do things in order. Also, we usually fly on time. I normally just fly with a carry on so I can be in and out of the airport. It's a great airlines if you're flying directly to Ethiopia or if you have a long layover.

I paid extra for seat selection and they scrapped it out and gave it to someone else. I paid for 23 A and B but they gave me 53 B on O’Hare to Add flight 6/12/25

I traveled for the very first time with an Ethiopian Airline from Karachi to Toronto on 29 April 2024, I was Scared about journey,airline, airport services & food but I was totally wrong & they changed all my perception... my experience was so Amazing the staff was also very kind & I had a 19 hours stay at Addis Ababa so they gave a 5 star hotel & 3 meals, I really enjoyed the over all experience,recommended for you guys.
