We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Lauren Nacewicz for the most memorable, fantastic and unforgettable Disney World vacation you could dream of! It was our 7 years old daughter's first trip to Disney and she had the time of her life!! Lauren was awesome! She stayed in constant communication with us from day one (three months ago) until our return home two days ago. She was available to us at ALL times to answer questions, to book or reschedule a dining reservation, change our park itinerary.....I really mean that she was available at ALL times, no matter the time of day or night, she always texted or called back. Lauren really wants to make your vacation one that you would always remember and makes you feel as if she is going with you on the vacation!! A trip to Disney could overwhelm anyone, but Lauren takes that stress away from you. She did an excellent job coordinating the airport transfers, stroller reservation, booking an amazing hotel from where we walked to Epcot, had easy access to Disney's Skyliner and the Friendship Boats. Her recommendations and booking of Character Dining, PhotoPass/Memory Maker, Lighting Lanes, personalized Magic Bands and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party were spot on. And what to say about the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique experience she recommended for our daughter....simply AMAZING!!! Lauren Nacewicz pays attention to detail, is extremely responsive, makes the process smooth, seamless and she is very very personable. Highly recommend her!!!!

Words cannot express my gratitude for Nicole Leon! She was an absolute lifesaver in helping us plan our trip to Europe. She worked with us to make sure we could see as much as possible in the time we had, and every recommendation she made was spot-on. Her suggestion for the hop-on hop-off tour was hands down the best deal yet it made exploring so easy and enjoyable! When unexpected travel issues came up, Nicole was quick to find us other options and handled everything calmly and efficiently. It was above and beyond. I cannot say enough about Jeannette Miranda! She planned the most wonderful family vacation to Disney World! Jeannette was absolutely fantastic to work with.
