Envoy Airlines does not have a method of servicing customers at the desk between flight arrival/departure times or after late night arrivals at KGGG. The Envoy employees are on site, but do not answer phones or respond to anyone other than airport employees. I tried to call. No answer. I showed up at a flight time to get my delayed bag from Envoy,, but door to office was locked i assume because the flight was delayed. No one at the desk. An airport employee opened the locked door and summoned them for me, otherwise I would have had to wait 2 hours until they opened for check-in. Airport staff complained to me that they sit in back, doing nothing, even when a camera shows a customer on camera. Whatever is happening back there, its not customer service. @envoyairlines @americanairlines #donotflykggglongview

Great building with great staff. However, I cannot speak much about the instructor; they need to correct which type of instructor they provide to the ones in training. Thomas Semco (tom) is simply a Racist and irrelevant human being.

All the instructors well amazing. I enjoyed being in the cabin trainer from the start & not in a class room. It was a great jumpstart. EME's were very helpful especially the e-cirgatte which is very common today.

Spectacular christmas tree at lobby. Great cafeteria with plenty of choices to eat.
