After experiencing an awful auto accident, the stellar human at Enterprise (Anthony PS location) made the rental experience fast, efficient and most of all had compassion for my situation and guided me through with ease. Also the humans at the Riverside location on Indiana St were just as awesome and gave me a lift to the dealer down the street to pick up my new vehicle! Done right, the way it should be. Thank you, I’ll be back for all my rental car needs.

Great customer service they were able to pick me up at Calber Collision while my car was getting serviced and I was able to drop off the rental car there that was a great concern for me because I was unable to find someone to take me for my rental car. They were very kind and considerate and I would use them again

I used to rent Enterprise frequently when traveling for business, rarely now. Yet I checked and received a good rate for 6 day rental. I choose a Nissan Rogue which was not to a good fit for someone who was accustomed to driving sedans and vans. Management was amicable with cancellation and I am satisfied with financial resolution. Kudos to Anthony.

Forgot a bag with a tshirt and hat (birthday present). Went back 30 min later. Waited for 45 min. After checking the wrong car they told me they may or may not have it, in lost and found, but that's locked and nobody has the key to check and nobody remembers if they did or did not put that bag in lost & found. Very disappointing that people are just not willing to help.

My midnight blue color rental was given to me in a very dark corner of the lot. I could barely see anything, even with my cell phone flashlight. Upon return, I was accused of damaging the front bumper air dam. It’s quite obvious, the damage was old, and even has touch up paint filled into scratches of the damaged area. I’m definitely feeling taken advantage of because I couldn’t see the previous damage upon getting the car, due to the bad lighting conditions. When I mentioned it to the agent, she said, “it’s not our fault it’s getting darker earlier these days”
