8/26/25. AaaaaaaaMazing from start to finish ... they saved me on Friday at Tampa Airport after getting scammed by another car rental company... Awesome experience from the customer service, the form of payment, no hassle, no hidden fees , to the easy return .. so fast and convenient.... the car was gorgeous . Beautiful nice enjoyable car... experience was super super amazingly great... thank you !! 9/26/25. Great customer service.. I actually checked in through the kiosk .. so easy and fast .. was downstairs picking out my cute Little compact suv within minutes of leaving the kiosk. Pictures included below.. Great service, really smooth collection process. Short walk inside the terminal to collect the vehicle. Great selection of vehicles. Ordered a full size SUV, expected a Chevrolet Tahoe but got a Jeep wagoneer. Great car. Return was smooth and easy process Would 100% recommend

My experience with Enterprise at the Tampa Airport was exceptional. The staff were friendly and courteous, and FAST!!!! I reserved online more than 24 hours in advance, upon arrival I used a kiosk to pay for my rental and a kind worker helped me get all my papers ready. They sent me down to pick out my rental and when I drove out of the garage they scanned my driver's license and bar code on my rented vehicle. Less than 15 minutes total! Upon return I was greeted by an employee who already scanned the rentals bar code before I could even unload and had all checks in place! Return was less than 5 min, fast, efficient and friendly....who could ask for more. I will definitely rent from this location again!!! Van was also AMAZING 😍 thank you!!!!

An excellent and seamless experience. Made a reservation for 11 days at Tampa International Airport for a Dodge Durango and was contacted via email 24 hours prior to picking up my vehicle so I can enter the necessary information in order to bypass the counter and go straight to the vehicle . I was greeted by a very nice and friendly employee who guided me to my car and I mentioned to him that as a Platinum member I can get a free upgrade and he showed me the selection of vehicles that I can choose from and picked up a very nice White Chevy Tahoe Premier . There was a little incident with the interior of the car which I mentioned to the attendant upon returning the vehicle and he offered me a credit ( did not ask for one nor I was expecting it ) towards the rental which was very nice gesture of Enterprise . It shows that they care about your rental experience and are willing to find a way to please their customers and this is something I have never experienced from any other car rental company that I have dealt with in the past and trust me I have used most of them. From the time of picking up the car to the return this has been the best experience ever . If I was able to give Enterprise more than 5 stars I will definitely do it . They have become my number 1 car rental company and I can’t wait to go back in October to Tampa and use them again . I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about renting a car . They are without hesitation the best car rental company . Thank you Enterprise !

I had a double upgrade from enterprise of which I took advantage this past week. I was excited to rent a fully loaded BMW 530e at Tampa International for the price of a mid size. While the car was great, its hybrid battery (according to its onboard diagnostic system,) had NEVER been charged by plug-in and required “conditioning.” When that battery went to 0%, the air conditioning would not work until the car had been driven for a half hour or so. IN FLORIDA! I spent the better part of a day of my vacation searching out rapid charging stations in the Tampa St Pete area, only to find that they were either not there, in private parking garages, or (in most cases) ONLY FOR TESLAs, which have a proprietary connector not useable for other plug ins. The Blink stations have rapid chargers only for Tesla, and have trickle chargers (8+ hours to charge a nearly dead battery) for all others. The house current plug provided with the car is even slower than that. BOTTOM LINE: DON’T RENT A PLUG IN CAR IN A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN’T PLUG IN! Renter beware! Enterprise should have known this.
