Make no mistake about it. This place is a godsend. Very professional courteous service. I needed passport service and it was done quickly. Plus, they have Fed Ex Shipping, which is very convenient.

i have tried to book a vacation with her more than once and everytime i go to pay my deposit she always come up with an excuse. Her business hour are 8am-8pm Monday - Saturday and she is never there. She is VERY unprofessional. I have made numerous of appointment and every time i show up for my appointment she is either not there or always have to go to FED EX.

Do not use this agency for travel. It's very unprofessional. Put money down for a trip asked for my trip to be booked and it took her about 1 1/2 week too get my trip booked. Had to physically sit in the office for her to continue and complete my booking. Unable go focus and finish the tasks presented.
