Bo Crew did an amazing job of listening to all the various activities and other specifics that we were looking for. Our plan was to see several (8) Aztec & Maya ruins, enjoy some of the delicious cuisine, participate in a cooking class and relax on a beautiful beach. Both my sister and I have some injuries we needed to work around and require excellent beds so our injuries are not aggrevated. He provided a detailed list of suggestions based on our criteria and quickly answered any questions. He provided additional insight due to his knowledge of the areas we were looking at visiting. The plan we finalized on was excellent, not only covering our desired agenda but added extra details for us to further explore on our own. Bo was going out on leave so Samuel Holguin took over, reaching out in advance to ensure we had all the details, paperwork and steps completed before we left for Mexico which included downloading their app called Trip Agent. He walked us through how to use and view things in the app. The app provided details on any changes that needed to be made for whatever reason. Once shown how to navigate it, I really liked the app. It made tracking everything really easy. We were also connected to Samuel via WhatsApp in case of emergency or questions. We both really enjoyed the trip. There were only a few small hiccups. The only one that was slightly disappointing was outside of their control. One of the ruins we wished to see was closed down and no liner available. We ended up doing the rest of what was on the itinerary that day. I think my preference would have been to have swapped it out for a different ruin as that was our main priority. Next time that is what we will ask for. As far as the hotels we stayed at here is our summarized two cents in order: - [ ] Papaya playa project was right on the beach, lovely setting. Room was good but dimly lit and lacked places to plug in. Bed was ok staff and AC were wonderful - [ ] Hotel Meson del marques was centrally located offered AC, had good food onsite and the staff was lovely. Bed was ok but room smelled musty initially until the AC was run for a while. - [ ] Hotel Plaza Campeche was centrally located and offered AC. Bed was not good, amenities were lacking and staff was not helpful. Food onsite was not good. - [ ] Hotel Casa Lucia absolutely loved this hotel. Highly recommend it. Had AC, fantastic staff and centrally located. - [ ] Izla hotel was not the original hotel picked but was our fav. Beautiful location, beds were the best, staff was lovely and the food onsite was yummy. Highly recommend staying here! That being said Bo did a good job of finding solid choices on hotels which were within walking distance of anything we could need or wish to explore. We recommend working with Bo and Enchanting travels for your next travel experience.

Enchanting Travels put together for us a wonderful trip in Australia, the planning was done very thoroughly and exceeded all our expectations, the support we received during our trip was exceptional and we would not hesitate to engage with them for another trip.

We had our original consult on a safari trip to Africa with Alyssa and were deciding between two companies. We chose Enchanting Travels and were incredibly happy with our decision. We were transferred to George Ochieng and he was excellent in communication and planning. When we got to the country, everything was set up for us from transfers to safari guide, company, and airfare. Our trip included three in country flights and several different transfers. Everything was very easy and well planned and they just told us what time to show up and where and we got taken there. As a thank you from them, they surprised us with champagne and a private dinner on our second to last night, a $250 value that we did not expect but it was magical. I would highly recommend traveling with Enchanted Travels. We plan to travel with them in future destinations.

Tanisha and Bowen are 10 out of 10!!! We just spent our honeymoon traveling all around Italy and staying at the most beautiful hotels. We did Rome, Florence, Chianti, Positano, and Naples! AN ABSOLUTE DREAM HONEYMOON!! We were truly treated like royals and I cannot recommend Enchanting Travels enough. My friends and family will be using them after seeing our pictures and hearing us rave about this experience. We had the best, most reliable drivers who all spoke English and arrived early. The tours and excursions were all 5 stars and perfect. I truly cannot express how grateful we are for Enchanting Travels, Bowen, and Tanisha on making our dreams come true within our budget. Having Tanisha just a text or email away the entire trip calmed my nerves and let us just relax. Not one thing went wrong and we only have Enchanting travels to thank. Such a professional and reliable company we cannot wait for our next trip.
