The initial service level for booking a cruise thru Enchanted Travel Agency of Tampa was good. But their response to issues (getting a refund) was TERRIBLE. It took six months for me to receive a refund...after five phone calls, eight emails (with no response from Enchanted). I would NOT recommend Enchanted Travel Agency of Tampa for any future trip planning....they lacked professionalism.

The prices for our family cruise was well worth it. The cruise was great for 5 days eat all day and didn’t have to spend any money with 4 children. I saved a good penny. Highly recommend.

Excellent travel agency, the only why I will be booking my future vacation for now on. I cruised with 4 children and they had a blast with all you can eat Food and drinks included in their irtinary.
