A very bad person, the warehouse worker is called Maykol, very arrogant and treats the drivers badly. I had to tell him to be careful with the load and the trailer because he got upset when I told him that the load would not enter as it was being loaded and he told me that it was not my problem. A very unpleasant person. Be careful when coming to this place.

One of the worst experience very bad customer service , no proper approach to customers . It seems they are forced to do the job no eye contact even they talk to you while they are giving you thier back. White blond hair lady with name start (C) she gave me the worst attitude i have ever received . I received my cargo and went to clear first she seems un aware about the process and she was in harry to kick me out to print the invoice but after i explain her that the only invoice i got is the one in the email nevertheless, i clear from custom and return back next day and again she did not show up and i had to deal with another lady and i came to the payment i got problem so from her desk at the end of the room she said you need to create account so at the end i request her name for feedback but she inform the other lady that she dont want to give the name . One of the worst experience and i will never ship through this office and i hope they dont represent emirates cargo crew as this will be bad image for the company . The warehouse was empty for almost 30 mnt. so it took me one hour For all this process while i was the only one customer .

No real staff frm the airline that should be doing all they're supposed to help passengers. I tried to claim three simple boxes which took HOURS. It can be a busy place but no one properly tells you what you're supposed to do!

If it has zero star, I'll put zero, terrible company, twice I ship here I lost $6000, they will charge you for late $400/day even not your fault, they charged me fine today$3000 for something wasn't my fault, this is an international robber organization is not a company at all. Please give my money back if you guys human.

Had some confusion at first on the freight but the team he really did a great job getting it sorted out for us and getting us loaded! Filipe loaded us and was quick, safe and professional! Really appreciate the hard work!
