Today I came to sky cargo office to get my boxes from Dubai. The office was open but I had a terrible experience with their service. It seems like nobody wants to work there. I didn’t get my boxes because they charged me almost $2000 and they told me: customer service is closed today, come tomorrow and pick up your boxes, but the price tomorrow will be $190 more than today for storage. They charge me for keeping my boxes on weekend when they are even closed?!! Isn’t it crazy? I didn’t get any help from them. And also, as they told me customers service works till 4:30pm, what is not comfortable, because I work until 6pm. I feel like something is wrong here and they provided wrong information!

Worst place to unload at in seattle area. Nothing has changed in the past 10 yrs. Everyone is so slooooow. Dock workers are out hiding and the ones who you do see through the cage are just daydreaming collecting their hourly pay in slow motion. Always takes 2 plus hrs to get loaded or unloaded. Even if you're 1st in line. Be prepared for 2 hrs wait time at least

Had to pick up my pup here. Staff were friendly enough however busy and took a while to get any updates. Had to go ask after an hour of waiting (1.5 hours after the plane landed) just to be told she was there and then had to do other paperwork before I could get her. I understand this but they could have at least given one update on my pups progress. It's not like she was just cargo, she is a live animal that was flown in from Korea and in her kennel for 16 hours. Hurts that they saw my girl as just cargo and not a loved member to our family. She made it safe and is alright now.
