it's really awful. Staffs are alway too slow. They always keep me waiting for a long time to do something simple.

Extremely poor service, staff are a misery, waiting times are riduculous, there is customer favouring inside, the queueing sistem in not respected. Overall, i think Emirates should open eyes and see how they are loosing quality and the very poor customer experience there is. kind regards,

Be prepared to stay all day to book your ticket . 3-4 hours is normal time.
