Emirates airline I tried it first time in 2022 its very comfortable and very nice staff from the airport all the way to the plane ever since I only take Emirates very comfortable seats nice meals

If you pay big bucks for a ticket, they will take care of you. If you only purchase economy, they will treat you like trash. I have been stranded in an airport for 16 hours because they cancelled my flight. They only served those first class or business class passengers and ignored the rest of us. Advice: NEVER fly with them if you only buy economy

In past this airlines was our favorite, but since last few years it has degraded in all aspects of air travel. Firstly their booking website has so many issues. One the major one was with spending family pooled miles, i tried contacting their customer care service but they were useless in help so most of our miles unused. Second flight arrival and time punctuality - they are mostly late from Seattle or from Dubai. In flight entertainment used to one of the best in class few years back but now its normal with peers. So no advantage now. I know no one likes in-flight food (there is science behind it) but earlier it used to be that on better side now this too has degraded. Many times it wasn’t properly cooked or without any taste or salt. Cost is another factor. I can understand with inflation prices increase but i see other airlines provide better seats, in-flight experience, food and overall connectivity.

I have flown with Emirates a lot over the past few years. Their service has been fairly consistent. Their staff are friendly, polite and professional. The food is mostly good with the exception of a few occasions when it has not been so great but overall it is a great airline to fly with.

My family's flight got canceled 3 times. I called the emarites 10 times nobody helped me and he only charged me money without a flight. They are still not here I don't know. What I can do. Someone help me In my family there are 6 people it is a lot of money 💰 please can someone help me.I don't know what I should do i call to customer service couple time after a couple times. They won't talk to me and just off the phone again. I will call a different person. They hung up the phone on me when I tried to talk to them.
