This was my first every international picnic from out side India, and had booked emirates flight ticket from Mumbai to Dubai. We had really great experience of the emirates flight, You will not feel big impact on turbulence. also their vegetarian foods was also awesome and the taste of rice was really awesome, i am my wife really love the foods and services and ambitious of the flight was really amazing. I love to book again in emirate flight and recommend all to book emirates flight ticket.

Just returned with load of rejected cabin luggage Emirates panicking allowed 7kg including laptop and all things. It seems their small plsnes can carry only people not cabin luggage weight At next counter british airways allowing 12+7. Emirates to be last choice for troubling clients. Lady was rude too

I was overwhelmed with the processing at Mumbai airport (23.05.25) the number of people and different rules to my arrival. I felt a bit lost and dumbfounded in behaviours I've not encountered before. Luckily, I had the pleasure of being processed by a professional, friendly, empathic and diligent young man Ishan Anurag Gupta. I hope I spelled his name correctly .. Thank you so much for looking after me and others I'm sure. Restoring my faith in Emirates.

I don’t like writing negative reviews but when you are not treated right I feel like it needs to be highlighted. I had to cancel my flight as my dad was seriously ill and in the hospital. I was expecting empathy from the airline and that they would offer to rebook for a later date for no charge or minimal charge but they didn’t. They only offered to cancel my ticket and receive unused tax amount which was peanuts or rebook me for more than the amount of return ticket. There are other airlines with better business practices and they will be getting my business in future.
