We just got home from an 11 day cruise from Northeastern Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, Sicily, and Western Italy. We ended up in Rome for 3 days. Four brothers and 3 wives from 78 to 83 years old. Some of the trippers needed some assistance at airports and tours that we took. Sue set up our whole trip and everything worked out to absolute perfection. Five of our group were first time European travelers so there were many, many questions that she cheerfully answered as she put this wonderful trip together. Sue is a very professional person and we are all grateful for taking care of us. THANKS!

We have had nothing but great experiences with Melony at Elk River Travel. She has helped us with several international trips and they have all been so smooth. Had a rough time with them. The lady working with us was unable to answer most questions we had, so she had to basically bring someone else in. While this wasnt a big thing, the main problem was when we were on our trip. Our flight was booked for the right time, but our hotel was booked for a week after we flew back. When called about this, they only tried to push the blame onto other people and then told me that the error didn't exist. Then the rental car service that they told us to use was horrendous. Please just make sure to use a main stream car rental services. Nothing was done to compensate for the issues, and they have proceeded to ignore my emails from this point on. Will not be going back and make sure to let people know to not go there. Edit: it’s been a few years and they still have not responded lol. I’ve tried many times over email and they have ignored me countless times.
