Nice little airport in the western outskirts of Chicagoland. Literally only walked through the lobby twice, arrival and departure, briefly using the men's room each time. Clean and modern. Pleasant facility overall.

What a very nice airport. Flew in there for the 1st time last week to head over to Aircraft Spuce. They pick you up on the tarmac in a golf cart, and return you to your plane the same way. Free courtesy car, great pilot lounge where we scarfed down lunch. Can't wait for the restaurant to reopen... I'll definitely be back. 1st class operation.

KDPA is great! The Flight Center is spacious, clean, organized, has conference rooms, and plenty of parking, for aircraft and cars. Jason, Michael, and Wayne, the controllers that I know, are knowledgeable, friendly, open to and encourage questions. The tower is now, once again, available for tours. Phone first. The linemen are are efficient and friendly. They, too, are helpful and knowledgeable.

I love this airport! The main FBO has a nice old timey 60s vibe that I just adore. The people staffing it are super nice and very helpful. The runway is quite long for a smaller airport and decently wide.

Great Airport to fly into and great controllers to separate traffic. I've been flying here for 35 years. Having all of the different runways really helps when the winds are strong. They have restaurants nearby, pilot lounges and bicycle trails that are nearby the airport area. There are several good mechanics for your airplane on the field. There are several flight schools where you can get your pilot license and then rent airplanes. It is the third busiest airport in Illinois.
