Very pleased with our flight to and from Dubuque from Chicago via Denver Air Connection. So nice to fly into our former hometown so it is close for family to pick us up.

Just flew on Denver Air lines to ORD. Staff all friendly in DBQ and ORD. Flight back to DBQ was rather confusing, but we hope it will be straightened out soon. New gate, etc.

Small airport, super quick to go in and out. Our flight was 3+ hours late landing after midnight in a snow storm, the staff was quick nice & efficient. Got bags in a timely matter, and the roads were shoveled. Highly recommend! Wish there were more options flying in though

The new airport is absolutely beautiful and well organized. It's sometimes inconvenient that the flights only go to Chicago though. However, everything looks clean, the staff is friendly, and the place seems to be state of the art. I do think it's silly that there are 3 gates. There's only one flight that comes and goes at a time at this point, maybe more flights are to come?

We had a deer hit us in an Avis rental car (still drivable but not okay to drive at night due to a broken light) and after many hours of driving and waiting for a replacement we arrived in Dubuque and drove to the Airport. We are tired and upset because a deer is dead, our trip is delayed and Avis had to find us a replacement vehicle in a very rural area. It was frustrating but we were happy to arrive and get ourselves back on the road. The airport is incredibly clean and while it’s small it is well maintained and bright and airy. Restrooms were clean and stocked, and there were comfy spaces to wait while our car was readied. The two young men at Avis were so kind and professional. They are in training and a gentleman in Waterloo helped them with our transaction and all 3 men made sure we were treated well. (Avis has not been pleasant to deal with up to this point.) This helped us reset our day and get off to a good start. I don’t know their names but we wanted to say thank you to them and hope they know it really helped two road weary travelers. Thank you.
