Very thorough courteous travel agency. We had requests that were professionally satisfied and Tiel went above and beyond for the choices we left open to her discretion and experience. Our tour options were all exceptional. We especially loved the app that had all of our details set up on a daily basis along with most vouchers. Our trip was 16 days to France with 4 city stays. Every hotel was perfect for us, especially in Nice. We were able to easily get to hotels and to either train station or airports with seamless ease. I will definitely plan my travel with this agency for this type of travel again as we didn’t have to think about anything but enjoying our time.

Tiel is awesome! She partnered with Make A Wish and planned an amazing trip for my daughter and our family at an all inclusive resort. With COVID, my daughter had been eagerly anticipating this trip for 2 years and was so nervous about if it would even happen. Tiel truly made a wish come true in every way possible by considering every detail from flight seats down to arranging for a welcome bag to be placed in the resort room with little gifts for my daughter. She payed so much attention to every detail and did everything she could to make my daughter feel special. The surprise tour Tiel booked was one of the highlights of the trip. Tiel kept me informed throughout the entire process with check ins to make sure we had everything we needed for the trip. Tiel even checked in on us when one of our return flights got delayed due to weather. We are so impressed and will definitely book future adventures with her.
