We contact Andy for our family Dream trip to Europe , he was very helpful on all aspects and planned a great trip ,we had a great time ,we love our tour guide Chris who took us on a amazing trip, unfortunately his task ended in Paris and we continue to London and although everything was great beautiful hotel just like the others , Chris raise the bar too high and we notice a huge difference on the guy who did the guiding in London , per example during Rome Switzerland and France we all got a hearing device and Chris always made sure we all got conected and able to listen to the entirety of the tour in London we did not , the guy there was talking and walking at the same time and at times did not hear what he was saying , Chris always wait for those that had issues keep it up with the group, the London guy did not if you wasn't close when he explained the tour you missed the information. Other than that we had a wonderful time
