I was returning my rental car as people were in the line checking bags. Gate agent turned the lights off as I was walking over. ZERO customer service, pointed to the sign, and walked to the back. Half a dozen people missed their flight at 6:00 a.m. for the same reason.

It is a very small airport, I think there is only one commercial flight in and out of there from Atlanta, but my sister-in-law fly in there and it easy on my wife and me, because of the other airports with commercial flights are 2 hours away
