Smug people at the reception desk, not replying to greeting, treating and talking to drivers like they are our overlords

Both times I've been here recently, have been for nippon. I was here a week ago and it went great. No problems, they were well organized. I got a damage report, and it didn't take very long... Today I got here well before 2 other drivers, my paperwork was turned into the warehouse before they even went into the office to start their's. I started to get loaded at the same time as them, but wasn't completed loading till after they left. They almost closed the door completely without bringing out the 5th pallet. I asked the forklift driver for a damage report, which he did not communicate to the office. The damage report was a big to do, taking about 20 minutes, with a personal inspection of the freight, like the pictures I took to show them weren't good enough. It's cool if they want pictures for their records and all, but it's a waste of my time. Not happy with how they're running things at all. I don't get paid by the hour, my time is not yours to waste.

Everyone is very courteous and helpful at least anytime I've visited also they are all over security as well it's crucial how protected and careful they are about everything.

Horrible service here. Maria(s) will find a way to charge you thousands in storage fees and claim "That Maria didn't come to work today and we don't get her emails"
