    John (bald Caribbean guy) & Francely (kind of short guy with a beard) were very rude. They sat right in front of us and continued to yell, scream and joke to their co workers. They woke my husband out of their sleep. It is 5am in the morning and the least they could do is go find work to do than lounging around being rude. Very disappointing but extremely rude

    Errol is amazing!I was struggling with 4 heavy bags and 2 children and he offered assistance to me,it felt like a weight was lifted. Thanks errol for your willing assist especially in a time of need. I can't thank you enough!!!!!!!!

    If I could give this company a 0 I would. One of their employees named Emmanuel yelled at me for asking for a wheelchair for my grandfather. When I asked 4 employees for a supervisor, none of the employee knew where I could find one. I wish Spirit didn't contract with them since they lack the care of professionalism needed to take care of the elderly and disabled.

It was several people waiting even one lady who arrived at 3:30am My husband was told the employees shift starts at 5am We were not escorted until after 5:20 and we missed our flight I would have made it if I walked with my injured foot.

    Company is horrible purposely understaffed, they do not offer vacation or holiday pay. Employees juggle 4 even 6 wheelchairs passengers at a time causing them to miss connecting flights. Imagine having to juggle so many passengers and their luggage get them through customs and TSA. They need to compensate their employees accordingly if they are going to continue to over work them during what the call slow season. I can only imagine how holidays/ busy seasons are for these employees. Stop the Abuse because there is no other word for it.
