My wife and I went in to look for shoes. The staff greeted us and offered to help with our search. They acted with patience and knowledge. While they didn’t have my size in stock, they were able to order the exact shoes in my size, and have them shipped to my house. Very pleasant visit

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. We ended up going to academy and spending $500 on youth baseball gear there instead. Save your time and just go to academy to begin with.

Staff is very helpful, I'm pleased with my gift purchases. I was able to obtain my information from staff while in-store to make my final choice and they directed me to the deals so I saved more. I was getting ready to order online from another vendor, but with their guidance and sales I feel much more confident in my choice of gift.

Staff is very rude and some seem to think that they can act however they want. Awful customer service and I couldn't find anyone to help me find an item I needed. My visit here was very disappointing. I don't recommend this place unless you already know exactly what you want and I wouldn't ask for help.

Purchased a pelican paddle boat online. Put it in water first time and it leaks due to faulty trim. Since it was in water.. they will not return or exchange it. Do not purchase any boat/kayak products from them. They do not stand behind what they sell
