Why us this airport so terrible! You think the airport manager could label the baggage claim and airport exit to exis? It's an airport that doesn't make sense. The shuttle is and gates aren't intuitive. This airport should be in NY or where liberals run the state. This is an embarrassment to a conservative state.

Great service. Signs are clearly marked. I LOVED how outside the restrooms, it tells you how many stalls are empty and available for use. Thank you Texas!!! 😁👍

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is a massive hub that truly lives up to its reputation as one of the world’s busiest airports. From the moment you step off the plane, you’re greeted by a sleek design, an impressive array of shops and restaurants, and a modern transport system that makes getting around the terminals surprisingly effortless. The Skylink train zips you from gate to gate at record speed—great news if you’ve got a tight connection or simply want to explore the airport’s offerings. Despite its size, DFW manages to keep facilities clean and well-organized, with plenty of signs and helpful staff to point you in the right direction. The security lines can get long, especially during peak travel seasons, but they tend to move quickly thanks to multiple checkpoints. Once you’re through, you’ll find an abundance of dining options catering to every taste, whether you’re craving authentic Texas barbecue or something more upscale. Location is another big plus: you’re pretty much in the heart of North Texas, making it easy to access both Dallas and Fort Worth. Rental car pickups and drop-offs are well-managed, and public transportation into the cities is straightforward. All in all, DFW delivers a seamless travel experience that combines convenience with a touch of Lone Star flair. If you’re passing through or making it your starting point, you’ll likely appreciate how DFW pairs big-airport efficiency with warm Texan hospitality.

We've lived in Dallas for a decade and travel monthly. We know this airport. For locals we recommend prebooking you're parking which doesn't just save your money, it saves you lots of time and guarantees you parking. The airport recently opened up prebooking your parking to the terminal lots. This was a great move for someone who doesn't like waiting for the bus to take you to the north/south lots. AA lost and found is located by C2 inside the terminal. We've had great luck getting lost items found lol I love that Starbucks is at every terminal and you can pre-order which isn't always available in other airports. There's a good balance of fast food and restaurants.

Have been to many airports throughout the US and I gotta say this is one of the dirtiest and outdated airports around. Very disappointing to see such a huge airport in such bad shape. At least they are renovating but come guys where is your cleaning and maintenance crew? You guys are definitely on the top 3 worst major airports.
