The new system is terrible. Last two trips the car is not at E7 on arrival. No text notification. Reservation app defaults to 2 hour drop off and overrides any other time. Great staff with NO support from management for the miserable new system. Shifting to limo service until the clown show of the new system is fixed.

Terrible. Park at A terminal, return at C terminal with a text from night before telling me to pick up at A15. Get on a packed Skylink to A15 only to find my vehicles was at C terminal. 35 mins later, my vehicle arrives. For all the reasons I parked valet, they ruined it. Get toll gate at airport exit and the ticket they gave me didn’t work, cars blaring their horns..totally stress free experience. Never again.

I experienced top notch customer service with DFW Valet recently. The app worked flawlessly with notifications regarding my departure and arrival. It is so convenient to have your car waiting steps from the terminal after a long trip! I would like to commend Fernand Kande for going above and beyond with taking care of us upon our return. He was so pleasant and helpful. I plan on being a regular DFW Valet customer!

It sucked. I had an item stolen out of my car. They should have a record of who was in my car. Yet no one is being held accountable. Took a "statement", but of course nothing came of it. So I am out that $1000. Will never use again

Horrible experience the last two times we used this service. The first time (July 13) our car was not at the terminal when we returned and had to wait over an hour for them to get it and bring it to the terminal. The most recent time (today, August 9) the car was not detailed like we asked for. We weren’t charged for it, but when we asked about it they said it was because they had too many cars to detail. That’s understandable but they had the car for over a week and no one communicated that to us before we picked it up. Additionally, when we called shortly thereafter to speak to a supervisor about it, there wasn’t anyone to speak to on a Saturday. Very disappointing. The whole point of paying premium for parking is for convenience and having things taken care of, which this company obviously doesn’t do. We left a voicemail for Tiffany (?) since apparently she is the only one who can help, but doesn’t work on weekends. I would not recommend using this service.
