I cannot express enough gratitude for this company. My grandmother experienced over 24 hours of delays heading home from Thanksgiving. She planned to take the bus home, but it was no longer running when she was scheduled to return. Instead we booked with DETROIT CARS & AIRPORT SHUTTLE who were readily available, stayed in close communication with both of us, tracked her inbound flight and was waiting at the luggage claim for her. They brought her home after a rough travel experience and restored what little faith we had in the travel industry. The driver was so friendly and thoughtful. We will be using them going forward for ANY travel plans from the Detroit area.
