We stood at a home in Seminole FL July 27 to August 1st 2024 with my 3 sons Ages 30, 15 and 14. The home was super clean. Communication was excellent. The home design inside was tranquil.So many things for my teens to do. Full basketball, volleyball, pickel ball court. Beautiful pool, fire pit, gas grill, playground, game room, sports equipment. Little nooks outside to relax. Beach chairs for the beach. Screened in porch on the second floor with nooks to relax. Stocked home from laundry supply, bug spray, cleaning supply and number one a first aide kit. 30 years of being a mom and I was so happy to see this first aide kit. My son scraped the bottom of his foot pretty bad on rocks at the beach. We went to walgreens to buy supply. I forgot bandaids. To my surprise there was an entire first aide kit under tge sink. Stocked with everything. I highly recommend this company. We will be going back again to stay at there place in Seminole FL . We will also use this company if they have other rentals where we travel

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading, Unresponsive, and Untrustworthy Management I reached out to this company before booking one of their Airbnb properties because I noticed several negative reviews mentioning poor maintenance. They quickly responded, assuring me that all issues had been addressed and everything was now in great condition. Based on their direct reassurance, I proceeded with the booking. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. When we arrived, it was immediately obvious that the property had not been properly maintained, just as many of the older reviews had described. The amenities were in terrible shape, and nothing had been done to improve the conditions. The very next morning, the AC completely stopped working. I reported the issue around 11 AM, and by noon, I was told that maintenance had been dispatched. Because of the extreme heat and humidity, I had to leave the house with my family, expecting the issue to be resolved soon. By 5 PM — six hours later — I followed up and was told the crew was “still on the way” and would arrive around 6:30 PM. When I asked why they said earlier that someone had already been dispatched, they changed the story and claimed a technician had come earlier but had to leave to get a part. That turned out to be another lie. When the AC technician finally arrived around 8 PM, I asked him directly if he had been there earlier or had to go get parts — he said no, this was his first visit to the house. We were unable to use the property for an entire day due to the heat. I requested a late checkout to make up for the time we lost. They said they would check with a manager and get back to me — but never did. Instead, they messaged after checkout time the following day saying they’d be “happy to grant” a late checkout… when it was already too late. This company is clearly more concerned with money than with honesty or guest experience. They lied to me more than once, ignored follow-ups, and failed to deliver even basic hospitality. If you're a homeowner considering them for management — don’t. If you're a guest considering one of their properties — beware. I would absolutely never book with them again.

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the hot tub, swings, etc. We want to come back! This is such an amazing experience in just a very affordable price. Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay. The location of the house is incredibly convenient and magnificent to all areas and the access to the river was fabulous. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back! 🥳🥰🌷

Designerdvr, We were shocked by the extremely high cleaning fee charged for this stay — especially considering the condition of the property didn’t reflect that level of service. It felt excessive and out of proportion to both the length of our stay and the space itself. To make matters worse, Airbnb/Designerdvr would not allow us to dispute the fee. There was no clear explanation, no transparency, and no way to challenge it.

Beware of Hidden Fees and False Claims Be extremely cautious when booking with this host. After paying nearly $9,000 for our stay and leaving the homes in very clean condition, we were shocked to receive a message two weeks later demanding an additional $1,500 for “excessive cleaning.” The so-called evidence consisted of a photo of a dirty sheet, a pair of earbuds, a cigarette, and a phone charger on the floor — hardly justification for such an outrageous fee. This feels like a blatant money grab with no real accountability or transparency. If you value fairness and honesty, I recommend booking elsewhere. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.DO NOT!
