Excellent staff, was able to reach after hours and coordinate maintenance on our aircraft for 6am the next morning. Although they didn't have a maintenance person available, they went out their way to help find someone on field who was able to get us a timely departure. Beautiful FBO with amazing art, business center and snacks. Highly recommend.

From the Request For Quote all the way through to the Return To Service date, Desert Jet Aircraft Maintenance was undoubtedly the right choice for our heavy inspection. As a part 91 corporate flight department we benefit from doing business with those who understand our operations, as well as our aircraft. Initially we set out to RFQ multiple shops because we were ready for a change in our maintenance provider. Our company applied for a Dessert Jet service for our CEO's business travel. However, we experienced poor customer service coming from their end. We have lots of questions about several things as we need to ensure that everything is going smoothly. But they failed to provide us with clear answers and feedback that we don't need.
