Absolutely the worst in communication did not receive any notification on a delay.. ok was told when to come back. Called before driving back to the airport was told everything was on schedule the plane was on its way, just to get to the airport to be told it had to take passengers to Dallas then back to clovis to pick us up for our flight to denver never again definitely driving to Lubbock from now on.. then they put out candy and cheese it crackers for our trouble while we wait. They need a zero star option..

I have flown with DAC multiple times over the years. I I am totally disgusted with my experience with DENVER air connection over the past 24 hours. I was supposed to fly out last night at 7:15 was told the plane was delayed till nine. Around 915. I went to the counter and asked what the status was and was told that the flight has been canceled due to weather. This was a lie. It was not because of weather it was because of the pilot being over a lot of time to fly. Plus, I never received any formal notification that the flight was canceled. No text nor email. If you can do not fly out of Denver with Denver Air connection. The staff at the gate are kids who are on their phones constantly and not paying attention to the information that is being given to them. Total waste of money and time. Be better to drive.

I live in the SLV and fly between Alamosa and Denver on Denver Air Connection frequently. The fact that the service exists is the only reason it gets 2 stars, because it saves the 5 hour drive to DIA. Other than existing, the service is typically abysmal. Consistently severely delayed flights. Complacent and non helpful staff. Aircraft that are constantly causing “maintenance delays.” Frustrating experience almost guaranteed.

When the major airline lost my bag after asking to gate check my bag, the staff with DAC, were courteous and went above and beyond to track my bag in DFW. Found nowhere near where it should have been and sitting in a baggage bin with United Airlines...not even the airline who lost it. I received my bag the next day, only because of the DAC employees. Also, DAC may be small but they are big on service.

Why is it so hard to get people on the plane and in the air on time? Because the piots are late? Sitting here looking at 3 planes none of shich are boarding or boarded. It's very frustrating to sit in an airport in a 2.5 hour layover; only to sit past boarding times. Heaven forbid we get to destination early. Poor poor organization. This company needs to sell out. They don't care because it's one of the only small planes out of Denver.

Thank you to the team at Alamosa. Denver connect provides reasonably priced tickets, overweight bag charges, and checked bagged charges. The staff today who checked us in made it easy and delivered service with a smile. Even though flight was delayed, crew communicated effectively and kept a smile on passengers faces.
